Kurt has a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to competing and training for Triathlon of mixed distances. All plans focus on strength and technique, making your Swimming, Biking or Running easier, at a faster pace. This not only makes you faster, but reduces the chance of injury. Training plans will be delivered on TrainXhale or an alternative software via arrangement. Kurt will also offer Unlimited support via email and weekly phone calls.
