Run & Ride Wintere Warmer Road Sportive 2018

One of the longest running cycling sportive’s in the area we focus our efforts into making the events relaxed and social. The route is challenging but suitable for all. Heading out you’ll find the split for the 35m / 60 mile route at the bottom of the first hill. Whilst the 35m route heads left for a flat start the 60m route climbs from the start. With a challenging loop around Longdon, Chorly and over towards Lichfield before making it’s way back over towards Rugeley where the 35m / 60m route comes back together. A few more miles of rolling hills around the back of Rugeley and Blithfield before the course takes a turn towards home. As with all our routes we finish with some testing climbs up and over Cannock Chase. Camp road is a favourite (for some) and this is what faces you before the final push for home.
