Ironman Lanzarote Saturday 26th May 3.8km Swim,180.2km bike and 42.2km run
IRONMAN Lanzarote is one of the longest-standing races in Europe. On race day, the event’s two-lap swim course takes place at Playa Grande, Puerto del Carmen, the main tourist place of the island. The bike course is well known for challenging athletes with strong winds and leads athletes around the island with over 2551 meters of climbing. Finally, the run course leads competitors along the flat sea front of Puerto del Carmen, leading up to Arrecife and back (1st-lap) and then to Matagorda and back (2nd-lap).

The Brewers Loop Ride – Tamworth RMCC
Starting and Finishing at the Canalside location of Hopwas Social Club on the last day of the Beer Festival.3 fully signed route options.
Quart Route covers 33km / 20mile – Nick Whiffin and Chris Robey
Half Route covers 66km / 41mile – Ian Thompson, Richard Buchanan, Stu Mann and Robin Canning
Full Route covers 100km / 62mile – John Phillips, Andrea Cooper

Derby Half Marathon
Starting and finishing at Derby County’s Pride Park Stadium, the race – now in its fifth year -– takes runners into the city centre, through the historic Market Place and past the beautiful cathedral. It’s then on to the stunning Elvaston Castle County Park, before returning for the grand finale at Pride Park

Lee Talbot – this was his first event for over 4 years and completed it in a time of 2:19:24

Great Midlands Fun Run 2018 – The 8.5mile Fun Route takes place in Sutton Coldfield raising money for various charities. It begins in the town centre on the Parade and goes through Sutton Park and past and Town Hall.
