New 8 Week Strength and Conditioning Programme

We are delighted to deliver the exciting news that I will be running an 8 week Strength and Conditioning programme from the new training facility at Cliff Lakes by Lozza (Lawrence Williamson)

This 8 week programme will introduce you to key exercises to increase both your performance and resistance to injury. We will also cover such things as pre-race warm up, flexibility and coordination as well as methods to improve strength endurance and lactate threshold.

A limited spaces (20 max) for this first 8 week course which will commence on Monday 6th March at 18:30 and run weekly at the same time for its duration.
This course will cost of £40 per person (payable in advance)
