As announced at the club AGM, we have a number of committee roles up for election and a number of additional new roles. The role descriptions are shown in the post.

Chairman (Core committee role)

The Chairman is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the club, engaging with key partners such as Triathlon England, England Athletics and Tamworth Borough Council and working with other committee members to continually develop the club for the good of the membership.
The Chairman will be required to organise and chair regular committee meetings (generally once a quarter) and the club’s Annual General Meeting, addressing both general and core strategic issues and ensuring the membership are kept up to date with key club developments and progress. |

Head of Coaching & Club Development (Core committee role)

Responsible for the development of the club in terms of maintenance and growth for both new members joining and the offerings for existing
members and their best interests. Being involved in the organisation and delivery of events and club socials. Responsible for assisting with coordinating the coaching and delivery of coach led sessions, always making sure there is a diverse offering for the members. |

Grant & Funding Officer (Club officer)

This person will be responsible for tapping into the large pots of free cash that is available for organisations like ourselves, allowing us to invest further and deeper into the provision that we offer to our members. | Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following key attributes:
