Thanks to those who joined us at the AGM last month, if you couldn’t make it links to all the updates from the meeting are below, including details on the winners of our annual Titan of the Year awards!

It was good to catch up with fellow Titans at the AGM and hear about what they want to see from the club in the next 12 months. We want to ensure the club is giving members what they want, so if you have ideas or feedback for the club please let me or one of the other committee members know, either electronically, or in person at the next monthly social on Sunday 7th April

Club News

April Social – Sunday 7th April – 5pm – Tame Otter, Tamworth

Our next monthly social meet up will be at The Tame Otter in Hopwas, Tamworth on Sunday 7th April (from 5pm). There is plenty of racing that day (Cathedral to Castle, Halesowen Sprint Tri and Solihull Half to name a few) so it will be a great opportunity to celebrate and share stories of the days racing!

This will be an informal drink open to both members and non-members, and any family & friends who want to tag along. We hope as many Titan’s as possible will be able to drop in for a quick drink!

Cycle Social Weekend – 14th-16th June – Rutland

Save the date! Following last year’s successful Cycle Social we’re putting together plans to return to Rutland again in 2019.

Open to all Titan members and their families, the annual Titan Social promises to be a fantastic event that will hopefully bring together the majority of the club. The focus of the event is the social ride, giving members the option to join in at a distance which suits them, followed by a social on Saturday evening. Whether you join us just for the bike, just the evening or the whole weekend, the aim of the event is to provide something for everyone.

We’re still drawing up plans for the weekend and will share full info in due course!  If you have any suggestion for what you want to see from this social cycle weekend please let us know.

Meet The Members

We are working to update the “Meet the Member” profiles that are within the Titan Member’s Login Area on the website, as they are a great way for everyone to get to know those in the club better.

Steve Broadrick has taken this on as a project and created a new easy to complete questionnaire which should only take 5 minutes to respond to.

Steve will be chasing everyone over the coming months to get these updated, but to make his life easier please e-mail answers to the questions below, along with 3-4 photos of you racing or training. The full questionnaire (& an example profile) is available on the website.
